Hello, so my cat is a female persian cat. She is sterilized 10 days ago. the wound hasn’t healed yet, ive been putting her the collar until now. but yesterday when i got home, her collar was gone, then when i see her scar, the stitches opened a lil bit. ive been putting some medication to fasten the healing but now its opened up a little, should i go back to the vet and get it stitched again? thankyou

If I were you I would at least call the vet and explain what happened and send them the picture you posted. The last thing anyone needs is this getting infected. Better safe than sorry!

It doesn't look good, in my opinion.
I'd have the vet to look at it.

Hello - will your vet allow you to send in that photo? Also check with them regarding what you've been putting on it.

Hi. I would get it looked at by your vet. Better safe than sorry. Although at10 days it should be mostly healed and it looks like the hair is growing back, it still would be a good idea to have it checked.
