Heartbroken... Blaming Myself

Actually I am not 100% sure, their vet records are at home and I am at work right now. First visit was major checkup and a shot for URI. Rusty was bad off so he got an additional shot, the vet said it was not necessary but the extra shot would help him, I think it was to help calm him but I am not sure. Rusty and his sister Kitty went on separate days for URI. Days later another shot. Days later the spay and neuter. I think they got another shot when I took them back for a checkup several days after spay and neuter. They got a vaccine shot before spay and neuter and I think another one after. I will try and remember to look that over next time I am going through their files. I know a couple of visits the vet did not charge me for minor checkups and only billed me for the shots, they did a checkup every time I took them.
