in class yesterday we were talking about diaries because one of the books we are studying is written in diary format.
my teacher went on to say how diaries are private and how you write things in there you wouldnt want anyone else to see.
he then asked if anyone had read someone elses diary or had their diary read. after a few stories he told us his one:
his gran had bought him a writing book when he was about 7 which he decided to use as a diary. one day she came round and asked if she could read what was written. before he could grab the book she had opened it up to his first entry:
"star base three, captains log.
Today we peed on Spock"
i was laughing at that for the rest of the lesson. every time i looked up i started laughing again. i guess it was one of those you had to be there things.
