Can this be
I got up before 7am EST Sunday,in Myrtle Beach, SC and just got home and it's now after 5am PST on Tuesday.
What a trip home:
first, the drive from MB to Greensboro, NC to fly to Wash.DC. Then the flight on Sunday from DC to San Francisco, delayed by winds into a 6+ hr. flight, so we missed the last flight to Reno. Which meant renting a car in SF, driving my husband back home to be in court by 9am (a 7 hr. trip, one way), then on up to Reno, to return rental car (no Avis in our area) plus retrieve luggage (that also missed connecting flight to Reno till today)and drive our car back home (over 200 mi. one way). And of course the 30% chance of showers turned into a downpour that became a whiteout snowstorm for a good 60 miles of the way - there was a good thing about that, tho- i had to buy replacement wiper blades at Walmart in Carson City, and it turned out that there was a stray cat in the area in dire need of a meal, which I provided
Guess everything does happen for a good reason
