Hard lump on nose sever wheezing and "death" breath

Hello! I noticed a hard lump on the bridge of my cat Ravioli's nose, I had taken him to the vet when he had a cough and began throwing up, they put him on antibiotics took xrays and said they had never seen anything like it. It's been a few months and everytime I take him it's the same thing. But the thing is he's gotten worse. He now has a SEVER wheeze (it will wake you up no kidding), absolut DEATH BREATH (makes you gag) and snorts everytime he breaths just about. He's randomly coughing super hard and vomiting. But other then all that he behaves completely normal??? The only strange thing he does is suckle and I mean really suckle like he will make a thick blanket soak through my vet said that could be the cause but I can't help but think no it's not. Has anyone encountered this before? Please any help would be great it's getting to the point I can't even sit with him because his smell makes me want to vomit I hate pushing him away when he's just trying to love me but I can literally smell him across the room. here's a video so you can hear him, this is on a good day

I'm wondering if you should find another vet for a second opinion. I've never encountered this but I would think the vet would be able to tell something from the xrays?

I would highly suggest a second opinion, and I would also ask the second vet if it is possible that a growth in the nose is causing this, and what it might be. And please do this sooner rather than later.

A polyp will do that. Needs to go back to the vet (or a different vet) pronto. Some can do an endoscopy and really get in there to look around. If it’s a polyp they can remove it. If it’s some other type of growth you can go from there.

Thank you everyone for your concern, I have already brought him to a couple different vets but I've decided I'm going to drive to the next city over and try to get him to see a specialist ASAP

Do ask specifically about the possibility of a polyp or other growth in the nasal passages. Doesn't hurt to let a vet know that you're on top of things.

Thank you everyone for your concern, I have already brought him to a couple different vets but I've decided I'm going to drive to the next city over and try to get him to see a specialist ASAP
