Can you believe this little baby girl has been with us for SEVEN years????
Our little one-eyed wonder... she finally began to mellow as she's gotten older, but she was one bundle of energy
. This kitty - who only purrs about 75% of the time now LOL - used to purr ALL the time. She still manages to purr while eating.
This is one little girl who was SO happy to be HOME.
And boy was she ever Daddy's little girl!
Gary rescued her from people who were going to put her back where they found her (liquor store parking lot). He didn't want me to meet her because she was too cute. We already had four cats, and we were just going to get her fixed up at the vet, and adopt her out. But she had so many health problems, then we were just going to foster her... seven months later, her health issues resolved (and her left eye removed), she was already part of the family. Of course - she knew she was home from the very beginning.
The day I met her - after 3 weeks at the hospital.
Two days later, she came home.
Of course - the "separation" with her own set up in the bathroom lasted for a couple of hours. No kitty has ever had a problem with Flowerbelle, and she's never had a problem with any other kitty. She just has such a sweet personality!
Daddy's little girl:
Our little deaf girl, who "talks" with her paw:
...and loves to be up high:
She also loves to tear paper (Gary LOVED using "the cat ate my homework" at the office
).
She's always loved bags, boxes - containers of any kind!
Our happy little girl..
...with an intense stare
One of my favorite pictures of her... our little angel
That grew up into a lovely young "lady" ... but will always be our little girl!
