I don't have anyone to celebrate with today, but my husband doesn't forget... last year he brought home a little cake decorated in red, white, and blue.

We have an American Defence Based in Yorkshire and there were people protesting today to make it into an English Defence Base.. as it was Independence day

I'm not working, but my Husband is.
He's supposed to be home by 3:15, but with the kind of work he does if something comes up he can't just say "It's time for me to leave, so see you later."
If he's not here by 4 I guess the Kids and I will be off to my Sister for the barbque.
It's going to storm any way, so we'll probably end up in the house.
