So cute! Is she your cat? Love the first picture, she looks so friendly and seems to be saying "Hi there!" 
She appears to be seal lynx point in color, and would be described as a domestic shorthair. I would describe her tabby pattern as "broken classic" as I can see the outline of a classic bullseye on her side, broken up into spots. You could also describe her tabby pattern as spotted. Most cats are not any particular breed, but that doesn't make them any less special... domestic shorthairs are great cats!
