Amy --- are you talking about Laxatone?
That caramel-flavored, caramel-looking stuff you can buy from PetSmart, for cheaper than what the Vet sells?
I use Laxatone with Snickers --- on a "do or die" basis cuz he is a walking shag carpet and he is grooming-obsessed!!! He's so beautiful and he knows it, so he's ALWAYS grooming himself... and oh boy does he get some killer hairballs. The one was as big as his tail, I swear.
The Laxatone, they all seem to like. I feed it to Jess & Hammie too. And --- yah I have to rub an inch-or-so size (like the size of a caterpillar) onto his paw and rub it in GOOD or else he'll fling the stuff everywhere.
They always stop and lick the stuff off, only one did Hammie do a fling-job but the Laxatone cleaned off the wall pretty good.
