Rather than guess what you want by standing in front of hair colors at the store I would go to a salon and have a professional consultation done.
I think prices vary dramactically from place to place.
I have color and both high lights and low lights. This along with hair cut/style and eyebrow wax cost me $123 at my salon which is one of the most $$$ in the area as they are an Aveda salon.
I would rather pay someone to do it right and be happy than doing it myself and having crummy results!!
