Yup, he's got his hands beside his head (like he's holding his ears), the his legs scrunched up and crossed over.

His skull isn't fully formed yet, but it's also not showing the detail properly - he doesn't really have a huge hole in his head

Not sure how big he is! We have the skeletal ultrasound which is the one that does all the measurements, so that should tell us more
