Hi there! New to the forum- but have spent plenty of time browsing the site for helpful information over the past year. My sweet baby's name is Terrance, he's got a ton of attitude but can be a total lovebug when he wants to be.
We got lil T at a shelter here in Chicago when he was 13 weeks old. He had been abandoned by his mama cat in an alley just a few blocks from our apartment and then taken to PAWS to find his furever home. The moment we saw him we knew he was the one for us... I mean really, who could resist that face? Just after Terrance turned one he got quite sick. We initially went to the vet for an itchy ear... which turned into taking meds, getting worse, and then a few months later being diagnosed with IBD. The past year has been tough on all of us and we are still learning how to approach our unique and ever-changing IBD situation.
My boyfriend and I are kind of obsessed with taking pictures of this little guy. He's not big into snuggling... but he loves to hang out nearby and give kitten kisses from across the room! I've joined this site because even though things are always getting better we still fight flare ups and are always on the search to improve this cuties life. I look forward to sharing our experiences (and plenty of crazy pictures) with all of you!
