We might not be able to change everyone's mind about declawing but if there is only that single one then there will eventually be no declawed kitties. That is what I am shooting for anyway

You are the Cat Site hero of the day. Keep on her though. A good friend of mine was sitting on the fence back a couple of months ago about declawing her cat. I gave her a lecture about it, and she seemed convinced. I just found out a couple of weeks ago that she had it done anyway..GGGGrrrrrrrrrrrr
