Anybody remember Antoinette, the sweet, beautiful little Siamese mix girl I trapped in my colony in Sept.?

The rescue has been holding her since then because of a bite wound discovered on her neck when I brought her in. She tested negative initially but, because of the wound, they wanted to wait and retest her (concerned about FIV). She has been retested and is negative!
What a relief! The best news of all is that she's been adopted and will likely be going home this weekend!

I'm so happy for Antoinette and her adopters. She's a wonderful little girl.

Absolutely.

Apparently, it's not a done deal yet. Just heard from the director of the rescue that the adopter is very interested in Antoinette, who's about a year, and an older female kitten. She hasn't met either yet, but has been approved for adoption. Hoping she's falls in love with both of them.
