I just got a call from the local post office. Someone threw a kitten away in their dumpster- in the freezing rain!

It is on route to me now via a mail carrier. Why can't people just spay and neuter like they are supposed to!

I believe that too!

I don't understand why people do such horrid things to these poor little guys

You are so wonderful for taking them in, when so many of those mean people throw them out like this, it makes me so mad to even hear about things like that happening!

How can someone look at a precious little kitten and do that?

Good luck to you and this poor little baby.

Is this the kitty you posted a pic of? If so, man did he/she settle in quick!

I am sooo glad for every
bad person out there, we have such angels among us that care about the furkids. Bless you Hissy

P.S. How did they find the kitty? Was it meowing? Or did by the grace of god, someone just happened to check before throwing a pile of garbage in?

No this is another dumpster kitty and here she is

I am going to go and be with her. She spent three days in the dumpster!
If I am repeating myself, it is just because I am so angry at ignorance!
She is squealing her head off, her lungs sound wet and she goes to the vet at 3:00 today. She needs a special mail name- even though she is a female-

Shes very lucky she has you to make it all right in the world for her. You have a big
heart
.
I don't understand how people have it in themselves to be so Cruel. How they can live with themselves after doing something so heartless is just beyond me.

She wouldn't stop crying, even when I held her, she is so cold, so now she is snuggled down on the heating pad, with snuggle kitty and classical music finally got her to stop crying. She eats so quickly I am afraid she will choke on the food. She is such a dear little creature. I say it again- some people really suck!

She is adorable! Thank you MA for taking her in.

As for a name, how about Penny? The first postage stamps made were called 'penny blacks' ( at least that what I remember from my youth when I was collecting stamps)

What a sweet little calico!
That doesn't look like a newborn.

Hmmm... a postal name

Stamper ?
Special (as in special delivery) ?

She's absolutely gorgeous and I am just so thankful that she was found, and found her way to you! She couldn't be in better hands.

It breaks my heart to hear about her crying and so cold. No one should have to go through something like that. Hopefully with time she'll forget this terrible time. One of my childhood kitties was found in a snowbank when he was only a month old. For his whole life he hated the winter and being cold. He was first to the sunny spot or the heating vent in the morning and bundled under the blankets at night.

What a precious little doll!!
Whoever threw her away must have the blackest of black hearts. How on earth could you hurt such an innocent creature? Some people really SUCK!!

Please let us know what the vet says.

As far as a name for her: Zip, stampy, or my personal fave: Karma
