goodbye minnie & winnie

Minnie & WInnie went to their new home today/ They were adopted by a lovely couple .. an older couple in their 50's, I'd say. THey are retired pathologists who live in Sedona. They told me if I am ever up there, I can stop by or call them. They were stressed when i put them in a crate together, but after a few minutes, they calmed down. I am glad they went together, as they will be happier with each other. It was hard to see them go, too

but I know its the best. In a matter of weeks, I went from having 7 to 2

Gizmo & Scooter are w/ my husband so atleast I can see them whenever I want

aahh it must be so hard, at least you know they're going to a good home

You must be so sad to see them go. You do know, though, that they are going to a great home, and it's just so wonderful they were able to stay together!

It's never easy. But the knowledge that they are happily together, and going to a good home make the sadness go away.
