No, but you're definitely paying too much! We pay a total of €38 for telephone and Internet (DSL volume); Telekom gets €28 of that, AOL €10. My brother-in-law pays €70 to Arcor, and that's a flat rate for ISDN telephone (they have 3 different numbers) and DSL. If you're going to be calling your mom and dad a lot, the Arcor telephone flat rate (domestic calls only) would probably be worthwhile.Originally Posted by fwan

we have only had that problem twice, but they both have been past 12 am (because most people sleep at that time) and they were updating their data base.
I havent had any problems with T online.
I cant have AOL as i dont have a credit card.
In total for internet and connection fees it is 70 euros for us, and i think that is a little bit too much because when you start calling automatically the bill raises up!
So it would be nice to see that our internet and phone bill is under 100 euros for once
