So Sandy has arthritis in her back leggs.
It's been getting worse.
She is getting a shot for it once every two weeks. Aduquin(?).
She doesn't like the Glucosamine treat I got from the vet.
I want to try a liquid.
Been looking on amazon, but so many different one's.
Any recommendations for a liquid that I can give her????

I once used a liquid joint supplement called Noden's. My cat took it for a while but ended up refusing it as she had also done with both Cosequin and Dasuquin (non-liquid supplements). Since Adequan contains a joint support ingredient, whatever you choose to supplement that with, ask your vet about it, just to be sure the combination is OK.

Is the Adequin not doing the job? There is another drug out there, solensia, that is also for arthritis pain in cats. You might ask your Vet about that if Sandy isn't getting a good effect from the Adequin.

I know there are some members on this site that do both Adequan and Solensia. Tbh, most seem to have started off with Adequan, and eventually decided to do both. The former, as I said, contains a joint supplement, the latter does not. So, a supportive joint supplement might still be in order.

Feeby is receiving Solensia, but she isn't getting a joint support supplement to go along with it. I have contemplated asking about doing both Solensia and Adequan, as others have done.

I have successfully used Cosequin and Dasequin treats (from the vet).

Sandy will not eat Cosequin and Dasequin treat s.
She is a very picky eater.
The Adequin shots don't seem to be helping.
Unless it's helping her from getting worse.
I've been feeding her salmon as many times as she'll eat it.
She eats a little at a time.
Picky eater.
She does eat, so it's not a food intake problem.
Really likes Greenies.
Going to try one I found on amazone.
Liquid, so I don't have to hope she eats it.

~ Some have good results using CBD oil for their aging pets. I give it to one of my own cats:catrub:

So I've been feeding her can salmon, giving her fish oil, and now I got her the Nodens Cat hip and joint.
Syringe into her mouth.
Only her second day with the Nodens, so don't know if it's working yet.
But she seems to be walking better.
Even is jumping up on he chair better.
Not stumbling as much.
Hopefully all this is working for her.
At 18 yo, just want her to be happy, happy, happy.
