ENTRY - I think Oscar can use a new scratch post. Little man is scratching things up like crazy! Like... my toiler paper! I am think I'll put the pole where my toiler paper holder is if I get it :lol3:
This is the purrfect size and shape for our clowder of cats and kindle of kittens. Our dozen kits and cats would think of this as their own personal present. The only scratching post they have right now is the side arm of our couch. I'd love to keep this handy for them to use instead!
Here is our ENTRY in the Art-Motion-Sound VERTI SCRATCH contest. WIth five fully-clawed, active cats in the family, this would be in use immediately! No matter whether horizontal or vertical -- or somewhere in between -- if it's scratchable, there'll be a cat on it in no time. The long length of this post is very desirable as well, because we grow 'em long here, and they like to stretch when scratching.
ENTRY I think the feral cats would love to have a scratching post that is as sturdy as this one looks. The one they have now when they use it it falls over and of course scares them to death but they always come back to use it again.
Sawyer would love this scratching post! He has one that his Daddy made him, but he typically prefers to lay on the platform on top than to scratch it, it is a carpet post and I think he would prefer the rope! It might help him stop scratching the corner of my bed!! It also might keep him entertained while Mommy & Daddy are at work! Right now he is lounging next to me on the couch...probably thinking about how he would love to have a Verti Scratch post!
Henry would LOVE to have one of these. He uses the scratching posts on the cat trees but he's a lot bigger than the girls so it's harder for him to get the full vertical scratches/stretches in that he loves.
Our house has six cats; Momma, Ra, Princess, Slipper, Asia, and Spot. All our little babies love scratching posts--so they don't last very long and can always use one.
This would be perfect for my vertical scratcher who thinks shredding the wallpaper is his duty. He and one friend are confined to a single room and although she is happy with the cardboard scratcher on the floor, he wants to reach higher. PS, that's him pictured as my Avatar.
After burning my fingers trying to re-sisal my cat tree I figure maybe it is time for a new one. My guys like to stretch and scratch so this will be perfect.
ENTRY - Boris and Diamond love to stretch while scratching the post. This nice tall one would be great! The tall ones at the pet store are pretty cheaply made and don't last. This one looks solid!
My two boys,Austin and Sam are 16 pounds each. They are very active and rough. Austin is almost 12 and these posts are the only kind he'll use. Sam is 4 and he is also picky. Gracey is 6 months now and doesn't quite understand where her claws are allowed to be! We are trying to teach her,but only have one raggedy post between the three of them. And believe me when I say raggedy! They've torn off the material on the side and it no longer stands properly! I've had to do some surgery on it just for it to be somewhat useable. I'm currently saving up my pennies for a nice one!!! I was surprised to come across this gift!! I'd be very appreciative and so would our kids!
I wish we all could have one! [emoji]128536[/emoji][emoji]128536[/emoji][emoji]128536[/emoji]

One can never have enough scratchers, love this organic design, ENTRY, especially because I'm a feral cat colony caretaker, and brought a few home to tame up, they seem to need more scratchers than those all-domestic ones. We have no damaged furniture when we have one of these nearby, but they do need replacing.
