I prefer to have as little garlic as possible. It comes from a nasty experience with my grandmother's cooking... her sense of taste is slowly going I thihnk... and she over salts and over garlics things... bleck!
You can't put too much garlic on it for me --- fresh garlic anyway. The powdered stuff can be overdone and doesn't manage to give dishes the blended flavor that fresh does, at least in my opinion.
The more garlic, the better! I put it in everything but dessert!
It's a good thing Bradley loves garlic, too, or that would make for some restless nights for him!!!
