Garbage Can Kitty!

Ohhh my George is at it again.....

Lately he's become quite curious when we're in the kitchen.....so much so that he will hop up on the garbage pail lid whenever I'm working at the counter so he can keep track of what I'm doing!

The funny thing is, we've never put him up there or encouraged this ourselves, he just decided it would be the thing to do!!!

Yep, he's our big guy alright! It's not even that he's really chubby either, he's just built larger than most! He's currently sitting on my lap, purring away and "helping" me type....quite a good lap warmer I must admit

I keep coming back to look at this beautiful boy. He reminds me of my dear Leo, that we lost to Feline Leukemia 6years ago. He was a big guy, too, at 22 lbs. Thanks for sharing your pics.

George is all curled up in a ball and sleeping (well, as curled up as he is able to be!!!), and he looks so cute while he is off in dreamland. Sometimes I think he is dreaming of chasing a bug or something as he paws at the air in his sleep!

red tabbies get my vote every time! i have the tiny version of him, milo is only 9 lb.

i think it's lovely that he'll sit and watch you work. shinobi does that sometimes, but from the windowsill.

Yes, George loves to observe what I'm doing.....he's probably waiting to see if I drop anything edible, but at least he's keeping me company!!!
