Game - Last two letters

I think the rules said that if there were no words that started with the last two letters that a vowel could be inserted so that a new word could be created. Since there are no words beginning with the letters ie, I'm going to take liberty to insert a consonant instead. The new word will be:

i.e. - Ileum
