Unfortunately she realized she'd have to get a job to be able to pay all her bills and rent and stuff.
Fortunately the local Humane Society was hiring and she got the job!
Unfortunately she brought so many cats home she ran out of room.
Fortunately she had enough money to rent another apartment next door to keep all the cats in.
Unfortunately she required a permit to run what was effectively her own cat sanctuary!
Fortunately the permit was issued right away.
Unfortunately she realized she had to hire help to care for all the kitties.
Fortunately the help was willing to volunteer their services for free!
Unfortunately she received word that her best friend was very ill and she had to leave the country immediately to go be with her.

Fortunately once her friend got a cat, she had a miraculous recovery
Unfortunately the cat got sick.
Fortunatley the cat recovered overnight and was 100% healthy.
Unfortunately the Vet bills were very high.
Fortunately our girl, Jill, is fluent in several languages, so she left her cat sanctuary in the capable hands of her volunteers and left for Uzbekistan to work as a translator to help her friend pay her vet bills there.

Unfortunately her name showed up on Uzbekistan's terrorist list, and she was jailed right away.
Fortunately her shoes were made of a new synthetic type of dynamite that wasn't detected, so she was able to blow a hole in the wall of the jail and break out!

Unfortunately while running from the guards her stolen shoelace was untied, she tripped and fell.
Fortunately, her friend had recovered from her illness, and showed up just in time with a hot air balloon to wisk her away!
