I once had a male neighbor who nearly did it in the raw--I kinda wish he didn't--as he wore women's panties, and a short t-shirt, while mowing the lawn. And it wasn't a pretty sight, folks...one day, as I passed his driveway, I had to stop to let a car back out of his drive. I then saw him, standing at the top of the drive, hands on his hips, AND NAKED, BUT FOR A PAIR OF SANDALS! We once ran into someone who knew him from their apartment days, and said he did wear women's undies and clothing. Said his wife was nice, though.
