My foster kitten, about 4 months, has runny poo. At first it was REALLY runny. Then it got more formed but very soft. Now it is kind of formed and then turns I to runny. Tested negative twice for worms/parasites. I was giving him some friskies canned along with dry out all day. Yesterday I noticed he was lazy and his behavior changed slightly which prompted me to get the poo tested again. I decided last night to give him (and the other fosters) a can of weruva chicken because it has or seems to have more moisture and I didn't want him to get dehydrated. His behavior has been much better since giving him the weruva (I've given it to them a few times now) but his poo is still runny.
Any suggestions? Think I should give them pumpkin? If it continues to be runny through the weekend I'm going to get another checkup but his behavior is more normal and playful now. Phew
