Last weekend, I started switching from Science diet to Evo cat food because I heard all the terrible things about Science diet and Evo seemed like a good one to switch to and I must say I'm glad I switched! My cat use to meow and howl almost 24/7 but now he's drastically changed. He does still meow every now and than but its definitely not as bad but he's also sleeping more during the day, is this a good thing? or was it wrong that I switched food? I'm a bit confused.

Evo has a lot more useable protein in it and less filler, so it keeps your kitty fuller longer. You might not need to feed the same amount of EVO as you were feeding SD. That may be why he's sleeping more during the day.
