If you decide to go the cooked chicken route, you could do so with that and EZ Complete to make the food balanced and fully nutritious. EZComplete Premix Information (foodfurlife.com) Or you could do cooked chicken and cooked liver with Alnurtrin to make it balanced. A Guide To A Balanced, Homemade Cat Food - Alnutrin Supplements (knowwhatyoufeed.com) Either of those would rule out problems caused by the gums, filler, carbs, and extra stuff that's in kibble (and wet food). EZ Complete and Alnutrin can also be used with any meat you like, it doesn't have to be chicken.
