Flea treatment reaction?

Lil Bit was treated for fleas 3 hours ago. She was hiding after, which is normalish for her and has now come out, but I noticed she's drooling some and just seems a little off. I'm not sure if we should rush her into the vet or not. I'm concerned about toxicity from the treatment.

She ate and drank since.

What flea treatment did you use? Was it applied to the back of the neck? Sometimes a cat will lick the application site and ingest some product which can cause drooling because of the yucky taste.

Pet action pro for cats, yes it was applied on the back of the neck at the base of the skull as instructed.
