Anyone else have one of these gadgets?
I bought one Tuesday and its pretty cool.

Yesterday between work and the gym I took oer 18,000 steps!
It can track your sleeping too. The cats really do interfere with my sleep-go figure.

Its a super fancy kind of pedometer. It tracks step, converts to miles. calories burned.
You synch to computer and graphs your activity. Wear it at night and tracks your sleep.
It works like a Wiimote so you don't need to clip on.
I think I'll have to modify my stride but it says 19200 steps today so far (8.52 miles/2717 calories burned).
It confirmed I wake many times during the night wonder if the cats are to blame!
