The birthday boy, Calvin, ended up getting some fiber in his eyes. I saw him squinting while playing and then I went to him and saw a few strands of fiber inside his eyes. He was playing with a catnip toy and I tried to catch him but he bolted. With a minute of so, I held him and DH and I inspected and it seems that there is a 1 single little fiber still there. He does not seem to be in any discomfort at all. He's running around and playing and seems to be acting ok - have been closely watching him and he's fine. I was thinking of keeping a close eye and see early in the morning if it's still there and then call the vet if it's still there. If he seems to be in any distress whatsoever we will take him to the emergency vet. Does that sound reasonable? Or do you reackon we take him in now?
