A black feral kitten came to our front door a few days ago, she was really sick at first but slowly getting better. This morning however I noticed that her right eye was a bit inflamed, but other than that she seems fine; I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it might be, would be greatly appreciated (it’s soft to the touch and feels “gooey”)
also I put some aureomycine 1% on it in the meantime

This little one needs to be seen by a vet. Eye issues are common in kittens. Yet they needed to be treated by a vet.

Thank you for helping her!

Hi Omarino98 Omarino98
So great you've taken this little one in,soooo cute
I agree with shadowsrescue shadowsrescue that although eye infections are quite common in kittens they should be seen by a Vet ASAP
Kittens born in unhygienic environments will often get conjuctiva ,there are a few strains of bacteria so a good Veterinary opthamolic antibiotic is the best solution ,your Vet will also advise you how to properly clean the discharge and will likely have you using warm compresses ...poor lil thing, thank God he came to the right house!
