If he walked up to you, he's not a feral, but rather probably dumped. Thank you for saving him!

My wife and I were wondering why he is clean and has no ear mites.
Vet staff remarked about how clean he was. Thanks for the info. The other cats keep looking at me like"What's in the garage?"

Just hope he is healthy when he can be tested.Right at 1lb in weight now.

What a beautiful little kitten
! You have done everything right, keep him separate till he gets clean bill of health, and give him the love he so much wants and deserves! Maia and I are sending lots of kitty
his way

Oh my goodness! So tiny!! And he is a gorgeous boy!

I wouldn't be able to resist keeping him! I'm already in love and I haven't seen him outside of your pictures! I'm sure he will steal your hearts if he already hasn't

A few pics of the kitten before his nap.

He is using his litter box and eating and drinking well.Purrs constantly.
My wife, her sister and I were all out playing with him before dawn so I figure he is a shoe in.Don't have a name for him yet.

Those blue-green eyes...
wish they could keep them forever! He's really cute! for his health and, when it's time, introduction to your family!

The hardest part is keeping him in quarantine in the garage in his bed/play area.
He is really affectionate and also an explorer so he is a handful.Bubba and CC
need a bit more attention as well. They hear him out there so we play with Da Bird and a few treats and pets and they forget he's there.

We felt like he could use some more room so we built a habitrail for kitties. Also hung a few pictures of us and the cats so he may recognize them when released from quarantine.

Seems happy but wants to explore.I'll make an addition tomorrow.

I can't even express in words how awesome the love you are showing this little lost kitten is! The multi home with tunnels while he is quarantined is awesome! I love the pictures you posted of you and the other kitties throughout. It is even more important to leave items with your and the kitties scent with the kitten as well as introduce the kittens scent to your kitties..... I couldn't be more excited about a new rescue introduced to a loving home!

Oh my, he is just SO tiny!! If I didn't know better I would've thought that first picture of the habitrail contained a hamster.

I love how you put family photos on the wall of the cardboard house.
That totally made my night!!

My wife came up with Jack as a name for our new kitten.Being that he lives in a box it fits. He's been having some food issues so our vet put him on Hills I/D to help with his diarrhea. Also some meds.He seems alright,I just worry alot.
Here's a pic of Jack falling asleep in my hands.
