but I´m sad that is hitting other countrys...

The strength of these storms that are making landfall is crazy!
Two catagory fives in barely seems a week! My heart and prayers goes out to all people and animals affected by these powerful storms.

Rigel, I am so happy the trajectory has missed you!

I pray these storms take a break now, and let the poor souls who's lives were turned upside down a chance to get things back together.

I feel for ya! I "survived" Hurricane Rita, and it was no picnic!
The worst part was after it blew through, and we were w/o power for 5 days - and the temps were over 100! But it could have been worse: some people were w/o power for over a month! I would not want to experience that ever again.


We had to keep a close eye on Hurricane Dean, and stocked up on supplies "just in case", b/c they thought it might hit Texas. But we got lucky - unfortunately, there were those who weren't so lucky..


I hope y'all will be okay!
