We found out about two months ago that our cat (now 1 year 1 month old) has feline chlamydia. We have eye drops that we give her when her eye gets swollen and her third eyelid gets pink, and we also give her L-Lysine every day. However, we have been doing this for about 2 months now and it hasn’t gotten any better. We are still having to give her drops multiple times a week. Is this normal for feline chlamydia? I’m worried that there is something else that can be done to help it and we aren’t doing it. Should I get another opinion from another vet? It doesn’t really seem to bother her when her eye is like this, but it just seems like it still shouldn’t be flaring up once or twice a week. L Does anyone know anything about this? Thank you!!
