My 14 year old American Short Hair has blisters on lower lip when expressed they are filled with blood. Took him to vet who said probably cat acme. Gave me cat shampoo & mouth soap. Used on mouth he would vomit. Both did nothing. Put Vetericyn on it. Nothing is working. What do I do?

Go back to the vet or find a new one. Sounds like your kitty has mouth ulcers. If they are around the teeth, could be resorptive lesions and those are painful.

Hi. That doesn't sound like acne to me. Perhaps, a rodent ulcer or other form of granuloma, which is a bit more serious than acne, and needs treated differently - such as antibiotics and possibly even an anti-inflammatory. Call your vet back and tell them you are not seeing any improvement.
