Not really a health issue, just not sure where to put it (mods can move if needed).
It's really a curiousity on my part. How many of you can feel the bones of your cats' spine?
I know if you feel ribs, the cat is too skinny (or general rule of thumb). I can't feel my cat's ribs, but I do feel his spine. I haven't had many cats before in my life so I really don't have comparison. vet says he's of perfect weight and health so I have no concerns
My other cat I can't feel the spine without pressure, though she's fluffy with a lot of skin.
