Cindy I truly hope you don't come down with something
You might want to think about massage or therapy, since my accident I have been doing both though now I only get massages about once a month and just do the therapy exercises at home.
It really helps especially on cold, wet days like today.
Thanks, Susan, Pat....sad thing is, I'm only 21 NOT !!!
They joys of getting older!! Have you been on your feet alot more??? Make sure you are wearing good comfy shoes and if standing on a hard surface get an anti-fatigue mat (at tool stores), they really help alot. And really take the time to make a Drs. Appt. Its best not to wait too long. If your knee is hurting-your posture changes and can cause additional problems.
Awww sending loads of "feel better" soon vibes your way
But I echo what the others have said - your health and wellbeing is so important - get thee to the doctor chick.
My daughter was suffering with pain in her knees (it's a family trait) and the physiotherapist at our doctor's surgery gave her some exercises to strengthen the muscles around her knees - to help them take the load better. It stopped pain elsewhere also, as she wasn't tensed or adopting a different posture because of her knee. Your doctor may be able to recommend something for you to help ease things.
Oh honey! I'm sorry i didnt see this until now.. I hope you're feeling better by now.. as I think the rain has passed from there? I wish I hd seen this sooner but you are in my thoughts.
