Feeding in hot weather

My cat is on an appetite stimulant and eats all night long.
Royal Canin renal wet food has to be kept cold once the can has been opened. It changes color and gets a crust fast.I use a dual auto feeder with an ice pack underneath I just read that cold food is not good for a cat's stomach. If I were to microwave her food,I would get not 1wink of sleep.
Does your cat do well on cold wet food?

My angel Poppycat wouldn't eat refrigerated food, but Captain has no issues eating it or digestive trouble

It all depends on the cat, so you can only try and see what happens. My cat will eat cold food and has done so all the time she has been eating canned food. It does not seem to bother her digestive system.

No issues here! Especially in summer.
Does she tolerate you adding a bit of extra water to it? It can keep it from crusting.
