I really really need to start cooking. Does anyone know any easy kinda fast things I can whip up that are healthy?? My hubby is also a picky eater
I make that sometimes with mac and cheese in the winter.Originally posted by Mom of 10 Cats
One of my favorite hot weather low-cal meals is one that is hard to enjoy with cats around
Cook a box of elbow macaroni in boiling water until soft. Drain and run under cold water (in a colander). Drain completely and then add 1 large can of tuna, mayo (can use low fat), as much as is your preference (I use a lot), salt, pepper and diced celery. It's very yummy and nice and cool going down on a hot night.
Beat cats away with a stick.
