Most definitely.would an orange and black colored tarantula count as a halloween decoration if i put it on my kitchen table? if i could even manage talking my gf nto allowing that
I got it online. Haven't been in a brick and mortar Walmart in years.so lucky. Our walmart here never has cute things like this =(
I have way too much Christmas decor as well even though I paired down last year. I plan on trying to get rid of more when I pull everything out in a few months. I know I have a carousel that can go. No where to put it out and it has sat in the storage space under the basement steps for a couple of years. I used to put it downstairs when we spent more time down there but we don't now. I think I have some ornaments that can get tossed as they don't tend to get placed on the tree anymore. All of your decor is so nice. I don't have a lot of fall stuff, really. I have a rag wreath that my friend's mom made several years ago, and I'm hoping to get some mums and assorted pumpkins to put on my front steps.
Inside I have a crystal dish filled with fall colored candy (like Reeses and Kit Kats in the orange and gold wrappers) and two little velvet pumpkins that I picked up in the dollar section of Target this year . I have more Christmas decorations although my friend puts me to shame in that department - she has boxes and boxes and I have two.
game misconduct *gulp* Why, sure!would an orange and black colored tarantula count as a halloween decoration if i put it on my kitchen table? if i could even manage talking my gf nto allowing that
I don't have any heirlooms so I don't have that worry. I am also not much of a sentimental person so when my mom passes, I doubt I will take anything from her house as I don't think anything she has brings fond memories. And as a minimalist, I only have things that I use so keeping things in boxes and not using them goes against my nature.game misconduct *gulp* Why, sure!
klunick We have way too much Christmas stuff, too, but hesitate to get rid of anything because I don't know if our son wants any of it. I have a lot of very old Christmas tree decorations that belonged to my great-grandmother and, even though, we don't use the stuff, I really don't want to just toss it! Rick finally got rid of our oldest artificial Christmas tree because it was just so worn and threadbare that he had to. It was a good tree, though, and we used it for a good 30+ years. Oh, and CollectionsEtc is where I got my dishwasher magnet.
KittyFriday I put a few mums out, but we need some pumpkins.
betsygee I love those pumpkins!
Thanks for showing your fall stuff! I really enjoyed seeing everything!
Thank you. My oldest likes to tease me about my seasonal decor obsession but I think he secretly enjoys it.klunick Nice! I love it all!
I think they are both really cute but the purple in the second really adds to it.I got this wreath a couple years ago and never really liked it so I bought something else and will take the other one to work to see if anyone wants it.

This is the one I bought. It is similar to the one on our living room table that has the ghost with it. Can't really tell but some of the black stuff are skulls. Other are balls.

You have a wonderful collection of really creepy stuff! I can see where you would be sad not to set it out.I miss All Hallow's Eve!
My family used to get together with another my daughter knew from high school days. But they moved off. I made things but hand and we'd plot ways to scare kids in his backyard that we turned into a haunted trail. The last year we did it, I had a friend bring her young daughter over. She'd mingle into a group (usually stay up front), and at a point the him be owner would run up, pick her up and take off with her laughing maniacally. Sometimes put her on the ground and act like he was eating her stomach. We had teens run screaming halfway through.
Ahhh. Good times. But I literally live in the woods and can't do it. No one comes up my long driveway. I still have to get rid of my props even that we never used before he had to move.
I've got to reattach the zombie baby's diaper and put the teddy bear in his arms again.View attachment 397702View attachment 397703View attachment 397704View attachment 397705
