I had just spent loads of money on a stray kitten, then took one of my 18 yr old cats to the vet and she has gingivitis and had lost some weight (I get yearly cleanings for her, but for some reason this year she got bad gums fast)....and now I took my other 18 yr old cat in because of alot of sneezing and diarrhea. Turns out she has a URI AND stomatitis. They haven't explained the diarrhea to me yet. I am just about tapped out on money and this is going to cost a lot. I'm stressed to the max.
From what I've read, she is probably in alot of pain too. I just hate that. I have also read that she needs to be treated by a cat dentist, not just a vet. I don't know how I'm gonna be able to handle this and be able to do the right thing for her.
Just lost my mother a little over a month ago and it seems like one thing after another has happened with my pets.......
I feel so bad for my little old Louise.
