Hi Gang,
I'm really worried about Chiron! I just came back from a month and a half in New York shooting a film and he has patches of fur missing from his belly and back of his legs. Him and his brother, Demetrius, were staying at a friend's place where I know they were being taken good care of. Could they simply be stressed from the new environment? His brother doesn't seem to have any problems and they both are behaving in a very healthy way. It also doesn't seem to be from burns or anything because there still is a small amount of hair there...it's just much shorter (til you can see the skin). My friend says that the degree to which his hair has been missing has wavered quite a bit. Sometimes it seems to grow back and then it starts to go away. Is this common for cats (1 years old) who are dropped into a new environment or should i take him immediately to the vet? Please help!
