Eating lizard poo

Is it healthy if shalom eats lizard poo? Or should i help him avoid? He is a 5 month old kitten.

Well, cats do eat insects. I believe lizards eat bugs also. I don't know if it is healthy but I don't think it's deadly or tasty. 

 Does Shalom do it all the time? At home, my kitties leave lizard poo alone, they rather chase the pooper.

Ya he chases anything that hopps or flies.
