Ear infection?

My 6 month old Bengal was treated for ear mites 2 months ago & again 1 month ago. After noticing him scratching his ears & shaking his head several times daily since last week we ordered ear mite drops on line & this is the stuff coming out of his ears. Thinking he must have an infection if he's been treated for ear mites X 3. The earliest any vet I've called (7) can get him in is 710 days. Advice please

I'd have him checked, but it COULD be the dirt from the mites working its way out of deep in the ear canal.
