Hi, I heard that if a cat's nose is dry then that indicates a cat who isn't feeling well. Have any of you heard of that? Maddie's nose is dry. I just noticed it tonight, but yesterday she threw up, liquid, three times in a row. She seemed fine after she puked and even went back eating. My boyfriend thinks I'm just being paranoid. What do you guys think? If it's still dry tomorrow after work, I'm calling the vet, but just wanted to get a cat site opinion
