You can buy it online at drugstore.com, or at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart - it's all over the place. I'm not sure if Target has it, but I don't see why not!

I've had a tough time finding the Emulsion formula on the shelves lately - it's always sold out, so I just bought myself some at drugstore.com. It's $10 per bottle (has a pump on top) and lasts me several months.

If you give it a try and it doesn't work, you're only out $10 and still have a nice body lotion to use on other parts.

Very worst case, see a dermatologist for medicated lotions designed specifically for that.
