dropping tummy, normal?

Hi there,
Back side of my male persian's tummy is very saggy. I am talking about the place where his first pair of nipples are (closer to the tail). Is this normal? They touch the ground when he sits.

Sounds like spay sway. Do a search on this forum and you'll find lots of info on this - there was a thread recently about this. Our Bijou has quite the large spay sway and Mika's is smaller. It's quite normal - some cats have it and some don't.
