Pardon me if I over-post on the forum, but I have so much to learn.
If my cat sees a treat she drools so much I have to put a cloth down so she doesn't wet up the surface or ME.it drips from her mouth.. Is it unusual for cats to over salivate when they see a single treat? :dunno:

I have never had a 'drooler' but have read many posts on this site with others who have. One of the ones that seems most common is cats who drool when being petted, but I have to imagine there are others just like your cat too!

Yes, i have had several cats that are droolers. You might try giving her a little treat more often, and quickly, so she doesn't anticipate it and drool. Drooling means they are extremely happy. I had one that drooled over hair, he loved to knead someone's head!

Nobel has that over treats since his tooth removal a couple years ago. 🤣 I guess before his big teeth kept the drool at bay!
