Double posts

The last few hours I have been having problems posting. The pages are slow to load (other webpages are loading fine) and when I try to post it hangs for ages and then tells me:

This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread.

I got the same thing once ealier tonight.

TCS was loading slow, but all other pages were fine.
