(I already used 'ripple', DreamerRose! The word now is 'preoccupied')

What about post 451?...

Margd's word was "ripple" (bottom of page 15) -- so I have no idea why Mani wrote, "eccentric" as the subsequent post. I assumed she (Mani) made an error since she didn't come up with a "p" word. (This is the Double Letter thread, not the last-letter word association thread.)

So I went back to Margd's "ripple" (quoted that in my post). Then DreamerRose did another "p" word, after me.

Perhaps Abbysmom should visit and clarify things?

(By the way, "cubby" works for "preoccupied" as well... so it looks like CUBBY is the word at this point forward)

When I posted "ripple", I can assure you that "preoccupied" #543 was not there.
My post is numbered 452 (the "preoccupied" post). It has a timestamp approximately an hour and a half before comment #453 (which was yours).

The numbering and timestamping is done automatically by the comment system.

Help, @AbbysMom?

I realize all that. I don't understand what happened, unless "preoccupied" was on the next page, and I didn't see it. I noticed elsewhere on the site that when you go to the next page, sometimes posts from the first page are repeated. So maybe something funky is going on.
